Car Fleeing Law Enforcement Smashes into Florida Bar, Claiming 4 Dead and 11 Hurt

The Florida highway patrol intercepted the car and attempted to execute a maneuver that entails bumping a back fender of a fleeing vehicle to make it to spin out, called a pit, but it was ineffective.
Highway patrol officers “ended pursuit” as the vehicle sped toward the historic downtown district near downtown, Tampa police said. Eventually, the motorist failed to maintain control of the vehicle and struck over a dozen people near the bar, police confirmed.

Officers named the suspect as 22-year-old the individual, who was booked on Saturday and is being held at the Hillsborough county jail.
